ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her appeal dated 07.09.2021 pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 07.09.2021 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by
directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.09.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.09.2021. No Costs.
