Prayer:- Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C to set aside the decree and judgment of the courts below AS No.43/2018 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court of Cuddalore dated 28.02.2020 conforming the decree and Judgment passed in OS.No.93/2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Panruti dated 26.02.2018, consequently, allow the suit as prayed for by the plaintiff (Appellant).
