This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the District Munsif Court, Palacode to dispose of OS No.36/2021 as expeditiously within the time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the limited prayed sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2021, this Court directs the Trial Judge to complete the Trial and dispose of the OS No.36/2021 within a period of three months from date of receipt of a copy of this judgement. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Pending petition(s), if any, is/are closed.
