O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/son of the detenu to grant leave for a period of five days to the detenu V.J.Pandiyan @ Koyambedu Pandiyan, aged about 58 years, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai-66, for conducting cremation ceremony of mother of the detenu.

2.This Court, on 26.08.2015, granted parole to the detenu V.J.Pandiyan @ Koyambedu Pandiyan, son of Jayaraman, aged about 58 years, from 05.30 p.m. on 26.08.2015 to 5.30 p.m. on 28.08.2015 for attending the funeral ceremony of his deceased father. The Registry was also directed to post the matter today for reporting compliance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 28.08.2015, at 5.30 p.m., itself.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
