Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KABEER SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S. S.S.SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner court made the following order:- This petition, seeking stay of the operation of the judgment and decree dated 26.10.2016 passed in A.S.No.9 of 2014 stands dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to file a petition, seeking injunction.
