Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition as imposed on him in Crl.OP.no.24264 of 2021 order dated 14.12.2021 condition that the petitioners 1 to 4 shall appear the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the 5th petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when requires for interrogation in Cr.No.160 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.K.NEPOLEAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24264 of 2021 on 14.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
