Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2013 and dispose of the same in accordance with law to initiate departmental action against the third respondent for his bribe activities which would amount to unbecoming of a Government servant.

2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to assail the order dated 3.3.2017 passed by the disciplinary authority in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law.
