(CRIME NO.49/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders Crl.MP.11619/2021 in Crl.OP.19439/2021 and the same were ordered on 17.11.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.PAULGNANAMUTHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11619 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19439 of 2021 on 17.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
