O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.8450 of 2019 dated 03.04.2019, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within the period of three months in Crime No.152 of 2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report even as early as on 19.04.2019 itself before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri, and it is pending for taking cognizance.
