On 10.08.2021, this Court recorded the submissions of Mr.Bharath Gowtham, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the appellant that the counsel on record is reporting "no instructions" in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant and post the matter for hearing on 18.08.2021. On 18.08.2021, the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list. However, once again, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Thereafter, this Court posted the matter to today and directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" .

Even today, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. It can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested to prosecute this appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
