Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to Survey and fix boundaries for the petitioners land bearing Survey No 223/1B, to an extent of 11 Ares(or) 27 cents, 1/5
situated at Arurpatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, based on the partition Deed No. 2514 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 on the file of the Sub Register office, Tharamangalam, Salem District by considering his application vide No. 2025 / 0123 / 08 / 007007dated 02.01.2025, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Honble Court and also direct the 3rd respondent to provide the necessary protection for the same.

Tharamangalam, Salem District by considering his application vide No. 2025 / 0123 / 08 / 007007dated 02.01.2025, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Honble Court and also direct the 3rd respondent to provide the necessary protection for the same."
2. Heard the counsels on either side.
3. The petitioner who submitted his application on 02.01.2025 has rushed to the Court stating that the statutory authorities have not performed their statutory duty. The petitioner has not even given time to the respondents to take up the application and by filing the Writ Petition he is trying to jump the queue.
