Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the order in Lr.No.FT/LA-11/2006 dated 17.05.2012 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary against the rule of law and natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to refer the petitioner's case for enhancement of the award amount as per the Land Acquisition Proceedings.

ORDER

This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 seeking for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the order in Lr.No.FT/LA-11/2006 dated 17.05.2012 passed by the third respondent, to quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary against the rule of law and natural justice with a consequential direction to the respondents to refer the petitioner's case for enhancement of the award amount as per the Land Acquisition Proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up on 30.09.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, in order to give one more chance, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner, except the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is also dismissed.
