O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN,J.,) The present Writ Petition has been filed aggrieved by the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 7 in the petitioner's land.

2. According to the petitioner, Survey Field No.24/1, New Survey Field No.324/11 in Kakkalur Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District is 2/5

his property. Since no Government property is involved, the very Writ Petition is not maintainable.

3. Apart from that, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 5 to 7 would submit that in respect of the very same property a suit is also pending.

4. In view of the above reasons, there is no reason to entertain the Writ Petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
