C.M.P.Nos.36 to 38/2015 in S.A.No.1640/1997 KBKVJ As per the affidavit of service filed herein, private notice sent to the proposed parties/proposed respondents 3 to 6/legal heirs of deceased second respondent are duly served on them. However, there is no representation on behalf of the proposed parties either in person or through the learned counsel.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
