This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.398 of 2018 made in C.A.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. Whereby, the Crl.M.P., was dismissed, which was filed for suspension of sentence on the ground for no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had wrongly noted the date given by the lower Court and hence he did not represent the case and the same was dismissed for default.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner herein has been convicted for an offence under Section 304 (A) IPC for three counts for a period of two years each and total fine of Rs.10,000/-.

4. Taking into consideration of the factual provision, the criminal revision case allowed and the Crl.M.P.No.398 of 2018 before the Appellate Court is Allowed. There will be an order of suspension of sentence alone and the appellate Court is hereby directed to dispose of the criminal appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
