No.115/ 2023/C1 dated 12.03.2024 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural Justice and thereby direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner notionally as Junior Assistant from the date on which anyone was appointed in the Public Section.
