When it is pointed out that the Petitioner has not placed the necessary documents with proper details for disposal of the representation which is sought, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make proper application to the concerned authority with necessary details and supporting documents and work out his rights in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
