Heard Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and 1/4

Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned counsel for R1. Though the name of Mr.N.Subburayalu, learned counsel is printed for R2 in the cause list, there is no appearance.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing R1 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2020 seeking to disconnect the electricity service connection in S.C.No.497.

3. Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned counsel concurs that the representation dated 30.11.2020 is indeed pending till date.

4. Mandamus is issued to R1 to hear the petitioner as well as R2 and any other party, that is deemed to be necessary, consider the representation dated 30.01.2020 and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
