As the dispute is between the applicant and the respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are members of the same family, the case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court to explore the possibility of settling the dispute amicably. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre has now sent a failure report.

2. There is no dispute between the applicant and the third respondent. Therefore, there is no arbitrable dispute under the Agreement with the third respondent involved. An order to that effect was passed on 20.11.2023.

3. Therefore, this application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in accordance with law.
