The petitioner has challenged a tender notice dated 09.01.2024 issued by R4/the Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department on the premise that a site visit certificate has not been issued to it. 2.After institution of this writ petition on 18.01.2024, site visit certificate has been issued on the same date, a copy of which is placed on file. Hence, the petitioner does not pursue this writ petition and an endorsement is made by Mr.I.Abrar MD Abdullah, learned counsel on record to such effect. 2/4
