Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.719 of 2021, final report was filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.31496 of 2022.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
