Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, Addl.Public Prosecutor Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the order of detention No.C2/17803/2018 dated 25.06.2018 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same and also direct the detenu Sathish @ Sathish Kumar S/o Munusamy, presently detained in Central Prison, Cuddalore to be produced before this Honourable Court and set at liberty.

(Order made by Dr.S.VIMALA, J.) Petitioner herein is the wife of the detenu Sathish @ Sathish Kumar S/o Munusamy. The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking to quash the detention order passed by the second respondent No.C2/17803/2018 dated 25.06.2018 and set the detenu Sathish @ Sathish Kumar S/o Munusamy at liberty.
2. Heard Mr.P.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It is stated that the advisory board has given a finding that there is no material to sustain the detention of the detenu. However, it is for the Goverment to pass further orders based on the report of the advisotry board.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that necessary orders would be passed by the Government within a period of two weeks. Recording the said statement, this H.C.P. is disposed of.
