The prayer as sought for in the writ petition is direction to the respondents to pass orders on his representation, dated 22.12.2011 seeking notional promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture at par with his juniors who were promoted on 31.12.2007.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner died on 12.11.2013 and copy of death certificate also produced before this Court and the same is recorded. However, no steps taken to substitute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner by impleading the legal heirs of the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
