Mr.S.Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have granted compassionate appointment to the petitioner and as such, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the case and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
