The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph no.6(g) of depositing a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- in Crime No.255 of 2023. He further submitted that the other two bank accounts of the petitioner in ICICI Bank bearing A/c.No.60601555459, Bazullah Road Branch and HDFC Bank bearing A/c.No.50100558940904, Teynampet Branch may be defreezed, since the major amount alleged amount in the FIR has now been deposited in the crime number and further the petitioner is suffering from illness, so that the petitioner may use the amount in the said account for his medical expenses. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervener and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

Considering the submissions made and also taking note of the fact that major amount alleged in the FIR by the defacto complainant has been deposited in the Crime Number, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and as far as other conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 19.07.2024 shall remain unaltered.
