PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to take action on the 2nd respondent police for not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2017 in CSR No.771 of 2017, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.05.2018. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action on the 2nd respondent police for not taking action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2017 in CSR No.771 of 2017, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.05.2018.

2. The prayer as sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable.

3. If the second respondent has not registered an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner has to necessarily workout his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.09.2018. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
