On that day, the learned counsel for the appellant sought for short accommodation to file appropriate application. Hence the case was posted to 08.11.2023. From 08.11.2023, in view of the request made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this matter is posted today. But, even today, the learned counsel for the appellant could not able to secure the details of the legal representatives. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping this bundles before this Court without any progress. Hence, both the second appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
