Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the first respondent in his Letter No.17972/NiA1/2010-2 dated 13.01.2011 and consequently pass orders directing respondent to demolish the building and handover possession to petitioner and alternatively to direct respondents to pay petitioner compensation at rates prevailing at the time of utilization of the property acquired, including the value of trees, with interest.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in his Letter No.17972/NiA1/2010-2 dated 13.01.2011 and consequently to direct the respondents to demolish the building and handover possession to the petitioner and alternatively to direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner at the rates prevailing at the time of utilization of the property acquired, including the value of trees, with interest.

2. The sole petitioner died long back. Though this Court several opportunities were given to the legal heirs of the deceased/sole petitioner, they did not take any steps to implead them as parties to the present Writ Petition.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
