This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that after closure of the complaint as "Mistake of Fact", RCS notice was not served on the petitioner.

Contempt Petition No.201 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that RCS notice was served on the petitioner on 18.05.2018 and the petitioner has affixed his signature in the RCS Notice No.6 of 2018. 4.Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to serve yet another copy of the RCS notice to the petitioner. If aggrieved by the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
