This petition is filed to accept the cause title i.e Yasoda Ammal (died), Munisamy @ Chandran (died) and Neela @ Muniammal (died) as mentioned in the above second appeal before this Court against the judgement and decree dated 27.03.2000 in A.S.No.180 of 1999 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Pondicherry and the judgement and decree dated 30.10.1998 in O.S.No.1466 of 1986 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Pondicherry.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.146593 of 2022, if the papers are in order.
