PRAYER in both CRPs: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to direct the Sub Court, Hosur to dispose of I.A. No.6 & 7 of 2017 in O.S. No.2 of 2017 on its file within the time that may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr. P. Mani C O M M O N O R D E R These revision petitions are filed seeking to direct the Sub Court, Hosur to dispose of I.A. No.6 & 7 of 2017 in O.S. No.2 of 2017 on its file within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the suit in O.S. No.2 of 2017 for declaration, permanent injunction and mandatory injunction against the respondents in both the revision petitions. In the aforesaid suit, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A. No.6/2017 seeking for grant of ad interim injunction against the defendants 4 & 5/ respondents in CRP No.135/2018, restraining them from in any way issuing any permit to the defendants 1 to 3/ respondents in CRP No.136/2018, for cutting of stones in the suit schedule lands till the disposal of the suit. The other I.A. No.

7/2017 has been filed in the same suit, for grant of ad interim injunction against the defendants 1 to 3/ respondents in CRP No.136/2018 restraining them from in any way doing the stone cutting granite works in the suit schedule lands till the disposal of the suit. In the aforesaid applications, notice has been served to the defendants and counter statements have been filed by both, the Government and private respondents. In I.A. No. 6/2017, the petitioner filed I.A. No.289/2017 and the same was allowed on 15.09.2017. The said factum is also seen from the 'A' Register.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that there is no other applications pending in the aforesaid I.A.Nos.6 & 7 of 2017 and therefore prayed for disposal of the said applications, within the time framed by this Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, since there is no other impediment to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications in I.A. Nos. 6 & 7 of 2017 by the trial court, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is

inclined to direct the Sub Court, Hosur, to dispose of the applications in I.A. Nos. 6 and 7/2017 in O.S. No.2/2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
