Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court Mr.Kannappan, Director of School Education, Mr.Munimathan, District Educational Officer, Vaniyambadi and Mr.S.Tirupati Block Educational Officer-I, Mathanaur, Vellore District were present before this Court.

2.The learned Government Counsel submitted the proceedings dated 01.09.2021 to the effect that a surplus teacher named Tmt.Barheen has been allotted to the petitioner school. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the proceedings dated 01.09.2021 is not in compliance with the orders passed by this Court and this Court had only directed the respondents to grant approval to the teacher who has already been appointed by the petitioner School. It is seen that the respondents some how want to violate the order passed by this Court. Earlier, a rejection order was passed and therefore, this Court issued a statutory notice. Today, the respondents are producing one more proceeding dated 01.09.2021 which is also not in compliance with the orders passed by this Court.

ssr 4.This Court expects that the respondents will understand the mind of this Court and act accordingly failing which this Court will have no other option except to proceed further in the contempt petition.
