ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.18175 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a student and residing at Arakkonam and thereby, he is unable to report before the respondent police at Ambur. Hence, she seeks for modification.

3. Heard the learne Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18175 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020 is modified to that the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
