The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.73 of 2009 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 r/w Section 34 of IPC.

2. After investigation, the respondent have filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur categorizing the petitioners are absconding accused. Therefore, Anticipatory bail application would not lie. The petitioners will have to appear before the said Court subsequent to that judicial process.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
