2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that last sentence of paragraph 7 of the order, dated 16/7/2021, needs some correction.

3. Accordingly, last sentence of paragraph 7 of the order, dated 16/7/2021, reads as follows:- "Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable", should be read as "Accordingly, the petition is returned as not maintainable." 15/9/2021 mvs.
