ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on representation dated 23.12.2025.

2. The petitioner viz., N.N.Balasubramanian Fuels has entered into an agreement, dated 03.06.2022 with M/s.Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Limited for dispensation of Auto Liquefied Petroleum Gas. In order to establish the outlet for dispensing Auto Liquefied Petroleum Gas, the petitioner has obtained No Objection Certificate and also obtained the explosive license under Rules 50, 51, 54 and 55 of Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016. The said license was valid till 30.09.2024. On 23.12.2025, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent to formally cancel the license to enable him to vacate and handover the premises to the land owner and to start a fresh outlet with some other agency. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
