J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Transport Corporation brought to the notice of this Court that the Transport Corporation also filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.226 of 2016 and the said appeal was settled before Lokadalat. It is contended that the parties in the appeal has already settled the issues before the Lokadalat.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present appeal. Accordingly, C.M.A.No.2504 of 2015 stands disposed of as infractuous. No costs.
