ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 380 of IPC, in Crime No.430 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had stolen the gold jewels and silver articles belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that based on the confession statement of A1, the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner's name was not found in the FIR. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons had stolen the gold jewels and silver articles belonging to the defacto complainant. investigation is at initial stage, Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, if he released on bail he may tamper the evidence and further there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. -sd/- 10/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
