C.M.P.No.1549 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.47751 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 258 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1873/-in the above appeal.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 258 days is condoned.

4.Accordingly, C.M.P.No.1549 of 2023 is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
