When the matter was called on 07.12.2022, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 14.12.2022. Again, when the matter was called on 12.08.2025, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the same caption 'for dismissal' on 13.08.2025. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant as well as the

respondent. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
