The petitioner is aggrieved against the location of TASMAC shop in Sree Mahalakshmi Layout, situated at S.Ponnavaram Road.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the TASMAC shop submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there is no proposal to locate the TASMAC shop at the above said site and therefore the petitioner's apprehension is totally baseless.

3. Since it is stated that the respondents are not going to locate the said shop in the above said site, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the TASMAC as stated supra. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
