ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to receive and register the sale deed executed either in favour of the purchaser with respect to the House Site No.23, having 1254 sq.ft., in Sree Karunabikai Nagar in Velayuthampalayam Village, in Survey No.267/2 and 266/2B in Velayuthampalayam Village Panchayat, Avinashi Taluk and Avinashi Sub-Registration District.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that when the sale deed was presented, the second respondent/Sub-Registrar has not even received the document as per law. Hence, this writ petition directing to receive and register the sale deed with respect to the above mentioned property.

3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that they will receive the document and register the same in accordance with law.

4. Such view of the matter, the Registering Authority shall follow the 2/4

Rules pertaining to the Registration Act and if any enquiry has to be conducted, the same shall be conducted and the second respondent is directed to pass orders for registration of the subject document within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
