R.A.Ramalingam And 4 Others v. C.S.Thirunavukkarasu (Deceased) And 13 Others

Appl.No.3420 of 2019 in CS No.420 of 2016 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This application has been taken out to implead the proposed party as the 14th defendant in the suit. Though the proposed party had been served, she has not chosen to enter appearance. The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the fact that the proposed party is the heir of the deceased 1st defendant are not denied. This application is allowed. The proposed party is impleaded as the 14th defendant in the suit as the Legal Heir of the deceased 1st defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant is to carry out the amendment by 24.06.2019 and file amended copy of the plaint. It is also stated that the defendants 3, 4, 5 and 13 are also on record as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant.
