Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent relating to alteration of FMB Sketch, Patta, Chitta and other revenue records in Old Survey No.311/2(part) and New Survey No.756/11, bearing Patta No.71, No.7, Pallikaranai Village, South Chennai District, which was originally stands in the name of Petitioner later changed a portion of the petitioner's property by assigning new sub division 11A, 11B, plotted as per Taluk 8A/31/1430, dated 17.08.2020 in the name of 4th Respondent assigned by the 3rd Respondent, quash the same as illegal and ultra vires and further direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents, herein to conduct proper enquiry in this regard. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent relating to alteration of FMB Sketch, Patta, Chitta

and other revenue records in Old Survey No.311/2(part) and New Survey No.756/11, bearing Patta No.71, No.7, Pallikaranai Village, South Chennai District, which was originally stands in the name of Petitioner later changed a portion of the petitioner's property by assigning new sub division 11A, 11B, plotted as per Taluk 8A/31/1430, dated 17.08.2020 in the name of 4th Respondent assigned by the 3rd Respondent, quash the same as illegal and ultra vires and further direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents, herein to conduct proper enquiry in this regard.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 19.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 10.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
