JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the fair order passed in ESIOP No.13 of 2009 dated 25.04.2014 on the file of the Employees Insurance Court at Pondicherry. 2.

When the matter was called, Mr.B.Balavijayan, learned Counsel for the appellant producing a copy of the letter dated 3.7.2019 addressed by him to the appellant and also the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acknowledgment stated that despite a letter sent to the appellant, there was no instruction from him to conduct the appeal, therefore, he requested this Court to dismiss the appeal as there is no response from the appellant.

Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant has not shown any interest in conducting the appeal, the present appeal is dismissed for no instructions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
