ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his deliberate disobedience of the order dated 08.09.2020 made in WP.No.12107 of 2020 passed by this Court, thereby directed the respondent 1/4

Cont.P.No.211 of 2021 to consider the representation in view of the direction issued by this Court and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks. 2.

After taking notice, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and passed order on 01.03.2021 thereby rejected the request of the petitioner herein.

Therefore, recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law, if so advised.
