3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent Police would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.909 of 2013, the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent filed a charge sheet against the petitioners before the learned XII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and assigned as C.C.No.446 of 2014. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that this Court by order dated 14.03.2014 in Crl.O.P.Nos.5469 & 5470 acquitted the petitioners and quashed the charge sheet in C.C.No.446 of 2014 by compounding the offence.
4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above cases and these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitioners are closed.
