Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in No.1870/TD/TP1/2012 rejecting the petitioner's application dated 5.1.2000 for renewal of stage carriage permit on the route "Yanam to Rajamundry" and to quash the order dated 10.4.2012 and further direct the respondents herein to renew the stage carriage permit as prayed for in the petitioner's application.
