O R D E R

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal memorandum dated 21.09.2015 seeking retiral benefits including revised pension and service accrual thereto.

2.The petitioner, who is a retired Junior Inspector of Cooperative Society aged about 66 years, has made a representation / appeal to the first respondent requesting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regularisation of his service period and consequential benefits therein. Since the said representation / appeal has not been disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who sought reasonable time to consider the appeal memorandum made by the petitioner.

Considering the limit relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation / appeal memorandum of the petitioner dated 21.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
