JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as the respondent represented that the parties have settled the dispute between themselves in the presence of panchayatars. A Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.01.2020 has been filed before this Court signed by both the parties and endorsed by their respective learned counsels praying that the Second Appeal will be disposed of as settled out of Court.

2 . In view of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.01.2020, the Second Appeal is disposed of, being settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
